A 20-year-old man appeared on Tuesday before the Albi court (Tarn).

In particular, he was accused of violence against a police officer.

The Tarnais was sentenced to one year in prison and imprisoned.

The facts date back to last Friday when the respondent and his colleagues went to a nightclub in the city, says

.

The young man, however, had been kicked out of the establishment.

He had then participated in a brawl which had provoked the intervention of the municipal police.

The suspect had fled when the police arrived.

Finally caught up, he had kicked an officer and tried to hit him with a corkscrew.

Before being overpowered by several police officers, he had resisted and uttered insults.

Tear gas was used by the police.

At the hearing, the Tarnais said he did not remember the violence, which he however recognized.

Already convicted of death threats and drug trafficking, the young man also saw four months revoked from a previous reprieve.
