The mayor of a Russian-controlled Ukrainian municipality in Kherson (south) was killed in a bomb attack Thursday, according to the pro-Russian administration in the region that Kyiv partially recaptured in November.

And this administration stated in a statement on Telegram that Andrei Shtipa, the mayor of Lyubimivka, which is located on the left bank of the Dnipro River under the control of the Russian army, was "tragicly killed in a car explosion" orchestrated by "Ukrainian terrorists."
