Samoilova added that in Russia there is a decrease in retail prices for imported drugs in the outpatient segment.

Earlier, Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko said that prices for vital medicines have changed by 2.3% over the year, which is lower than the inflation rate in the country.
