On Tuesday morning, it was announced that the Court of Appeal overturns the Blekinge district court's judgment, and instead makes the assessment that Ronneby municipality is not liable for damages after the so-called PFAS scandal - when thousands of Kallinge residents received greatly increased PFAS values through their drinking water.

- There are no winners today, and there would not have been regardless of the verdict, says Roger Fredriksson, chairman of the municipal board in Ronneby, about the verdict.

Would like to pass the question on to HD

In connection with the verdict being announced, the victims in the PFAS association announced that they will appeal to the Supreme Court.

- I have the greatest respect for the fact that they want the matter tried, and I think they should get that.

It has been my starting point all along, that this will go as far as possible to get it tested, says Roger Fredriksson.
