The Ministry of Finance of Luxembourg granted a license to unlock NSD's assets

According to the text of the document, the unlocking of assets should be completed by January 7, 2023.

On August 12, NSD filed a lawsuit with the Court of the European Union in Luxembourg to lift the restrictions imposed on it.

In November, the NSD appealed to the EU Council with an appeal against the imposition of sanctions.
