AnnMari Blomqvist usually swims in Lake Halen, just a couple of minutes from her home.
Until 2018, she swam a lot, from early spring to late fall, but then she felt it was time to extend the swimming season even further.
She decided to start bathing every day, all year round.
- I can go straight from bed down to the lake, swim and then go up again, she says.
Bathe every day
When she tells others about her bathing, she is often met with surprise.
- Many people think it's very strange and I think it's a bit strange myself - some days I'm surprised that I've been there at all, says AnnMari Blomqvist.
