It is reported by RIA Novosti.

It is noted that Turkey currently requires letters from carriers confirming the validity of insurance.

“Turkey's demands apply in principle to everyone, crude oil... Our companies all submitted such letters, and our ships all passed without problems... Now there are no problems with the passage of tankers through the Black Sea straits,” Poshivai said.

Earlier, the Turkish Maritime Administration reported that four tankers were waiting in line for passage through the Turkish straits in the Black Sea.

Their owners did not submit letters of insurance.
