“The task is to complete work on a draft federal law on the conditions for the entry, exit and stay of foreigners in Russia, which essentially ensures the creation of a codified or systemic basis for all migration legislation,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Medvedev added that this bill should be submitted to the State Duma as soon as possible.
Earlier, the Federation Council of Russia approved a law banning surrogate motherhood services for foreigners.
