The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under article 110.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting to commit suicide) after the incident with the children of blogger Nina Tseretilova in Kaliningrad, a source in law enforcement agencies told RT.

We are talking about a video that has gone viral on the Internet, in which the grandfather of three minors, Akhmed Tseretilov, says that if he fails to take the children away from their mother’s house, he will take “three corpses”.

“Listen, let the police listen too: if I fail to take them home from here to live in their homeland, if I fail to take them alive, I will take three corpses from here, because they are now on my command ... I I love my grandchildren, but people, not some kind of ***.

I don’t need them to engage in debauchery, ”says the man.

After that, the video is cut off.

"We want to live with family"

The recording was made on December 14, when three children of 10, 13 and 16 locked themselves in an apartment and threatened to throw themselves off the fourth floor if their mother, Nina Tseretilova, tried to enter.

The teenagers accused her of abuse.

“We locked ourselves in the apartment from our mother because no one hears us: we called the PDN (juvenile affairs unit. -

RT

), they don’t care about us.

We want to live in Dagestan with our entire family.

We are suffering here and we ask her to take us to relatives.

She forbids us to communicate with them,” the children complained.

They stated that their mother allegedly regularly beats them, starves them and mocks them.

“In Dagestan, she beat us so badly that she was given an administrative penalty.

In St. Petersburg, when I tried to talk to my grandparents and go to them, she twisted me, took off my hijab and choked me - I almost suffocated, ”said Tseretilova’s 13-year-old daughter.

In addition, an audio recording made by teenagers was published on the network.

On it, you can hear how a woman insults a crying child, as well as sounds similar to blows and slaps.

Children claim that this is the voice of their mother.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Internal Affairs denied the information that the PDN officers did not respond to reports of children about ill-treatment by their mother.

They also said that none of the children showed signs of beatings.

“On December 8, the children on duty called the police department and said that their mother had left home and left them without food.

Similar reports were received by the police twice more - on December 11 and 13.

Upon all appeals, PDN employees immediately went to the place of residence of the family.

During the check, the information reported by the children was not confirmed, ”the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaliningrad Region said.

"Father is on the edge"

Now two brothers and a sister are in a children's rehabilitation center near Kaliningrad, where they were placed for the duration of the proceedings.

The representative of Nina Tseretilova, lawyer Ekaterina Lyalikova, in a conversation with RT, said that the mother of the children had come to this rehab center and could stay there.

“She has just arrived at the center.

Perhaps she will stay with them there.

I don’t know yet whether they let her in with the children or not.

Nina is now in a depressed state, the whole story breaks her heart.

She would really like her relationship with the children to be smooth, cloudless, but they initially have a very complicated family history, ”said Lyalikova.

The lawyer added that when the police came to the family to call the children, they themselves wrote an explanatory note that they slandered the mother.

“Recently there was an incident: the children called the police with the words that the mother had destroyed the apartment.

The police arrived, talked to them and took statements from the children that they slandered their mother.

It was the 13th, I have this explanatory at my disposal, ”said the interlocutor of RT.

According to her, now Nina's main goal is to improve relations with children.

“While there is a feeling that they are irrationally against her, I want to find some key to understanding.

It's not so important who they live with, what matters is what kind of relationship you have.

If there is love, it can be at a distance.

The main thing is to know that everything is fine, that someone loves you and someone is waiting for you.

If help is given, it will be great to still find some key, discuss difficult topics and find understanding.

For example, the elder has a wonderful ear, but he stopped playing music, because, according to his father, this is a sin.

Now he is in college, lives in a hostel separately from his mother and comes to her for the weekend.

The older girl is creative: she draws well, is engaged in ceramics.

Nina has always been very encouraging creativity,” said Lyalikova.

The father of the children, Magomed Tseretilov, now lives abroad.

In Russia, he was put on the wanted list for non-payment of alimony.

RT managed to talk to the man, and he stated that for him the behavior of the children "was predictable."

“Having unfairly stolen, the children were brought to such a state that they are now ready even for extreme measures.

When there was the first noise (talking about the courts on determining the place of residence of children in 2021. -

RT

), the children said: "We stay with dad, we want to be with him."

Their opinion was not taken into account,” Tseretilov said.

He said that in the near future he plans to prove his innocence in Russia so that his name is removed from the wanted lists.

“I am abroad because the liberal rats filed a complaint against me.

Law enforcement agencies believed me and put me on the federal wanted list.

I want to quickly deal with this: there are no particularly difficult cases.

It will be easy to clean up,” the man added.

He also commented on his father's words that children could commit suicide at his direction.

Magomed said that his father was very tired during the court showdown.

“You know what kind of upbringing people should have according to Caucasian customs.

Nina herself graduated from an Islamic university, she has a daughter.

Both parents and I do not want the only daughter to see immoral actions (mothers. -

RT

).

Therefore, the father got angry and says that he is ready for extreme measures.

He is a kind person, but I see from his condition that he is already at the limit, ”added the interlocutor of RT.

family litigation

The story of the Tseretilov family became widely known after Nina could not take three children with her in 2021, despite the decision of the Supreme Court of Dagestan, which ruled that they must live with their mother.

Magomed Tseretilov took the children to his parents' house and refused to give them to his ex-wife.

According to the woman, the ex-spouse did not have any claims to children until she filed a claim for alimony in 2018.

Then, due to a large debt, Magomed was limited in the right to drive a car, as well as the ability to travel abroad.

In addition, the authorities arrested his accounts, and also brought him to administrative responsibility under Art.

5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for non-payment of alimony.

Tseretilova said that subsequently the ex-husband sent small amounts until he stole the children in 2020.

It was after this that she applied to the court with a request to determine with which of the parents the minors would live.

In the fall of 2021, the bailiffs returned the children to their mother.

After the court decision, the woman with teenagers first lived in St. Petersburg, and for the last six months - in Kaliningrad.

Moreover, in the city schools that the children attended, all teenagers revealed serious gaps in knowledge, Marina Yezhova, authorized under the head of the Republic of Dagestan for the protection of the family, motherhood and child rights, told RT.

She noted that during the two years they lived at their grandparents' house, the teens "didn't go to school for a single day."

According to her, the conflict with the mother of teenagers arose, among other things, because she forces them to study.

“Older children by age had to finish the seventh, ninth grades.

And teachers in terms of knowledge put them fifth, seventh.

Naturally, this causes complexes in them.

The children categorically refused to go to school.

There are testimonies of teachers: all as one claim that Nina is a good parent.

She went to all the meetings, asked for advice, tried to solve problems with the children, ”said Yezhova.

“The children of their grandparents didn’t do anything at all for two years: they were given iPhones, and they sat in games and social networks for days.

Tell any teenager: “Here you can do nothing, but here you can study in several shifts and go to a tutor” - it’s obvious that they will choose, ”she added.

According to the children's ombudsman, in the two years that the children lived with their father's relatives, they experienced great stress, including reading “mud about their mother” on social networks.

“Irreparable damage has been done to their psyche.

In a good way, professionals should deal with them in order to get out of this deep crisis, ”concluded Yezhova.

In turn, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Kaliningrad Region, Irina Tkachenko, told RT that, based on the results of a psychological examination of children, recommendations would be made on how to build work with the family.

“The most important thing is to even out their condition, to help them,” Tkachenko added.
