After completing the preparation procedures and announcing the defendant and his failure to appear, the case was referred to the competent department of the court, which stated in the reasons for its ruling that obtaining an understanding of the reality in the case and assessing the evidence presented in it is within the competence of the trial court, and it was decided according to the text of Article 113 of the Civil Transactions Law that (on The creditor is to prove his right and the debtor is to deny it).
