According to TASS, the Serbian Cabinet indicated that in total, about 350 police officers invaded the north of Kosovo and Metohija and occupied Kosovska Mitrovica.

“Belgrade will consider the return of up to 1,000 of our security forces to the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, as provided for in paragraph 4 of UNSCR 1244,” Petar Petkovic, head of the office for Kosovo and Metohija under the Serbian government, said.

Earlier, the Serbian newspaper Vecherne Novosti reported that about 200-300 members of the special forces of the unrecognized Kosovo police in armored vehicles invaded the north of Kosovo and Metohija, where Serbs live.

The Brussels agreements imply that the Kosovo police have no right to enter the north of the province, where Serbs live, without the permission of the heads of four Serbian municipalities, TASS specifies.

In the unrecognized Kosovo, they confirmed data on an increase in the number of employees in the north of the region.
