A 28-year-old man appeared Monday before the court in Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne).

On the morning of last Friday, he had called the emergency room of the hospital for severe toothache.

But the operator had told him that, in the absence of a permanent dentist, the man had to make an appointment in town, reports

A response that had angered the defendant.

Very angry, he had threatened to come to the emergency room armed, to attack the staff and to "carry out carnage at the Merah", named after the terrorist who shot dead seven people in March 2012.

Known to justice

The man could be identified and was arrested at his parents' home, where he lives.

Already well known to the courts, he had been convicted for identical or similar facts in the past, specify our colleagues.

He will also be tried next January for domestic violence.

This time, he was sentenced to eight months in prison, four of which were probationary suspended for two years, and was imprisoned.
