The two social workers felt deathly fear and both jumped out of a window 2.40 meters down to the hill.
One of them injured his foot.
Both are now on sick leave.
The man calmed down and was then arrested by the police.

- It is incredibly difficult to protect yourself.
We thought we had it all done, but apparently not.
Now the protection is to be rebuilt with armored glass and more difficult entry control.
This must not happen again, says Peter Andersson, municipal manager in Arjeplog.
The incident has been reported to the police and a report has also been made to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
