The Ministerial for Development discusses strengthening the national product and supporting national investments abroad

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, chaired the meeting of the Ministerial Council for Development, which was held at Qasr Al Watan in the capital, Abu Dhabi, during which a number of legislation, policies and initiatives aimed at supporting the government work system and continuing to develop it to meet requirements of all concerned sectors.

The meeting's agenda included reviewing the government services observatory project, which is an interactive digital platform that reviews the results of customers' satisfaction and experience with government services, and discussing the digital government services level policy that aims to unify and raise the level of availability of government services to customers and affected people.

The Council also discussed the results of a number of studies related to supporting and promoting the national product and supporting national investments abroad, a proposal for a financing system for federal government higher education institutions, and a standard financial procedures guide for donations and financial transfers directed outside the country.

The Council reviewed a proposal to prepare a federal law regarding the practice of nursing and midwifery, a number of regulations related to permits for space activities and space-related activities, ensuring compensation for damage caused to others during space activities, and regulating space resource activities.

The Council reviewed developments in the workflow in the areas of joint Gulf economic work, and the report of the Audit Bureau regarding the final account of the Etihad Rail Company for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2021.
