“We have received regular proposals from the Azerbaijani side and we will come up with our regular proposals, unfortunately,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Mirzoyan added that the positions of the parties do not agree on many issues, but the negotiation process should help reach an agreement.
Earlier, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that the Azerbaijani side was focused on a speedy resolution of the conflict with Armenia.
According to him, Baku highly appreciates the role of Russia in the normalization of relations with Armenia.
