Putin noted that some of those who left Russia may think that this is simply not their country.
On September 30, Russian Ambassador to Helsinki Pavel Kuznetsov said that nearly 60,000 Russians had entered Finland after the announcement of partial mobilization.
Kazakh Interior Minister Marat Akhmetzhanov said that about 200,000 Russian citizens had entered the country since September 21.
He added that 147,000 Russians left the country.
