According to Avito Rabota analysts, the demand for specialists in this industry increased by 29% compared to last year, and the share of offers amounted to 6% of all part-time vacancies.
In addition, in the last month of the year, many employers in the HoReCa segment are looking for additional staff: corporate parties, New Year's banquets and an increase in orders for the delivery of ready meals create an increased demand for personnel.
It is noted that the demand for staff in the restaurant and hotel industry increased by 56% year-on-year, and the share of vacancies in HoReCa amounted to 4% of all part-time offers.
Part-time earnings in restaurants and cafes start from 20 thousand rubles per month, which is 33% higher than last year's salary offers.
In addition, compared to the previous year, the number of proposals in the field of cleaning increased by 6%.
By the start of winter, home staff accounted for 4% of all part-time jobs.
