Lavrov: Russia will enter into dialogue when far-sighted people come to leadership in the West

He said this at the Primakov Readings forum.

According to Lavrov, the West stopped cooperating with Russia and "built a wall, by and large."

The minister clarified that Russia is working with those who are ready for this, TASS reports.

The Foreign Minister also added that Russia will be ready for a serious conversation with the West when “people who are able to see a little further than two-year electoral cycles” come to Western countries and structures created in Europe and the United States.

Lavrov also said that American-style globalization is over.
