Afghanistan carries out death sentence for first time since Taliban came to power

As RIA Novosti notes with reference to Mujahid, the death sentence was carried out against a man accused of murder.

On August 15, 2021, it became known that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani left the country after negotiations between the Taliban and representatives of the Afghan authorities took place in Kabul.
