  "Ukrainian diplomats should not be intimidated, nor should they be crushed. We will continue to effectively protect Ukraine from harm," he wrote.

  As of December 1 local time, several key Spanish departments and foreign embassies in Spain have received suspicious emails containing explosives.

A staff member of the Ukrainian embassy in Spain was injured in the incident.
