Responsible Statecraft: The West did not try to force Kyiv to comply with the Minsk agreements

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, expressed confidence that the Minsk agreements provided Kyiv with the opportunity to preserve the Ukrainian state, and it would not get a second such chance.
