According to the publication, Russia has found channels to acquire the semiconductors necessary for the production of missiles, bypassing anti-Russian restrictions.
In June, US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo opined that semiconductor exports to Russia had fallen by almost 90% since the sanctions were imposed.
