The President's office today (6th) decided to file a criminal complaint against former Justice Party lawmaker Kim Jong-dae, who raised suspicions that a fortune teller known as 'Perforation' was involved in the process of searching for the presidential residence before the launch of the new government.

It is said that Kim Yong-hyun, the head of the Presidential Security Service, who pointed out that former Congressman Kim accompanied the perforation in the official residence candidate, is in the position of "there is no one-sided meeting with the perforation."

A key official in the presidential office said in a press call today, "Former Congressman Kim spread completely untrue information through media interviews, etc."

Former Rep. Kim appeared on tbs radio'Kim Eo-jun's News Factory' yesterday and said, "I heard testimony from a high-ranking Ministry of Defense official that Cheon-gong visited the Army Chief of Staff's official residence and Seoul office in March."

On the same day, on YouTube, he also said, "Chief Kim toured the official residence of the Chief of Staff in advance with a drill, and later the presidential residence was changed to the Foreign Minister's official residence in Hannam-dong."

In response, the President's office criticized through a press notice, "Cheonggong has never been involved in the process of relocating the President's office in any way," and "spreading fake news is an act that undermines the foundation of democracy."

Director Kim, who became a party to the suspicion, also said, "I have never met a person named Cheon-gong. I do not know him."

Another official said in a phone call, "I think this suspicion is 'Cheongdam-dong drinking party season 2'" and "The self-fact check is over how absurd it is to talk about the sky."

The President's office, which has shown a relatively prudent attitude to legal action, seems to have recently changed its stance to respond strongly to various allegations raised by the opposition based on anonymous reports.

This is the regularization of so-called 'fake news' legal action.

It was a signal to accuse Jang Gyeong-tae, the top member of the Democratic Party of Korea, for pointing out that the photos of President Yoon's wife, Kim Kun-hee, during their trip to Cambodia were 'concept shooting using at least 2-3 lights'.

The presidential office is said to be submitting six to seven photos to the investigative agency to prove that there was only natural light and indoor lighting around Mrs. Kim at the time.

A key official said, "Since we did not take legal action, it continued to be talked about as if it were a fact, and a wasteful debate continued."
