Targeted by accusations of sexual assault, a surgeon practicing in a clinic in Gien (Loiret) had been suspended from his duties last October.

He had been indicted and placed under judicial supervision.

But this last measure was canceled by the investigating chamber of the Orleans Court of Appeal last Thursday.

The specialist is therefore again authorized to work "without any restrictions", announced his lawyer quoted by

The surgeon's lawyer seized the investigating chamber of the Orleans Court of Appeal in early November.

He then asked for the cancellation of “his indictment but also his judicial review”.

The magistrates agreed with him by canceling the judicial control measures prohibiting the doctor from practicing his profession but also “from other obligations, in particular care”.

The surgeon is still prohibited from contacting the four complainants.

One of them had denounced facts that had occurred during a post-surgical visit.

According to her testimony, the doctor had pressed his face against hers, touched her hips and buttocks before stroking her back.
