Last Friday, on returning home, a restaurant owner from Colomiers, west of Toulouse, realizes that she has been robbed.

And discovers that the fund of several days of his establishment has flown away, no less than 25,000 euros.

What his thief did not know was that his house was under video surveillance.

This greatly facilitated the work of the investigators to identify the one who had entered this residence before leaving with his loot, and who was none other than an employee of the victim.

The same evening, the police went to his home to arrest him.

This 25-year-old man was there, along with his roommate.

During the search, the police did not find the 25,000 euros, but got their hands on 2.9 kg of cannabis, a little cocaine and two bulletproof vests.

These narcotics belonged to the roommate, who was taken into custody, as the author of the burglary.

The latter, already confused by the video surveillance, had the bad idea to film himself while he was at his boss.

A video found in his laptop.

Both were brought to justice on Sunday and were to be tried in immediate appearance.
