He said this at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

“The Azerbaijani side is maximally tuned and aimed at resolving this issue as soon as possible when we talk about a peace treaty,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia is ready to establish parliamentary ties with Azerbaijan.
