This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

“Decisions are being prepared,” he said.

Peskov also called it obvious that Moscow would not recognize any restrictions on the price of oil.

He also said that the introduction by the Western countries of the price ceiling for oil from Russia will not affect the conduct of the special operation in Ukraine.

Prior to this, it was reported that Australia and the G7 countries reached an agreement on the marginal cost of Russian oil at $60 per barrel.
