Deutsche Bahn presented the first express train of the new generation ICE 3 neo on Monday and immediately sent it on its first journey to Cologne.
73 of these trains are said to be on the road.
They will initially be on the ICE line from Dortmund via Cologne to Frankfurt and in some cases further to Munich.
If the route allows, they can reach a speed of 320 kilometers per hour.
