“On the stretch of Zeleny Bor – Ivanteevka in the urban district of Pushkino ... a commuter electric train and a passenger car collided ... There are victims,” the report says.
The department noted that there was no fire, the railway track was not damaged as a result of the accident.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations did not report the number of victims.
Earlier it became known that two train cars derailed at a crossing in the Moscow region due to the departure of the truck.
After the accident, the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection.
