President Yoon described the strike as "a serious threat to the rule of law."

In particular, he pointed out, "Illegal and violent acts such as blocking the entry of construction vehicles such as ready-mixed concrete at construction sites, demanding money from construction companies or forcing them to hire illegally are rampant."

President Yoon reaffirmed the principle that "the government will never compromise with forces that systematically engage in illegal and violent acts," and that "we will hold the corresponding responsibility to the end in accordance with the law and principles for organized illegal and violent acts." I did.

At the same time, he added, "If this is not done, the chronic illegal strikes and the resulting damage to the people will inevitably continue to repeat in the future."

President Yoon said, "Violence and illegal acts that interfere with normal operation threaten the property and life of others."

In addition, he asked the ministers, "I hope the government will devise all possible measures to minimize inconvenience to businesses and the public."

President Yoon also said, “For industries that are concerned about additional damage, such as oil refining and steel, prepare to issue an immediate business start order, and quickly secure alternative means, such as securing replacement personnel for cargo drivers and using military personnel and equipment, to prevent industrial damage. Please keep it to a minimum."

Regarding the general strike of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions scheduled for the coming 6th, he said, “It cannot but be seen as a political strike rather than representing the rights and interests of workers. It is making it more difficult and taking away the jobs of future generations and the people.”

"Ministers of each ministry must prepare thoroughly so that the people do not become anxious or uncomfortable due to the general strike of the KCTU."
