In its notification, IVO writes that the departments cannot ensure the requirement for available care places, which can entail a risk to the patients' safety at the same time as there is a lack of staff.
In interviews conducted by the authority with employees, it appears that the situation has worsened over the past year and that the lack of care places may risk patients not receiving the supervision and care they need.
The staff believe that there is a risk of delayed care and treatment.
The care provider has until the end of January next year to demonstrate that they have remedied the shortcomings that have been pointed out.
