Between December 3-11, several iconic locations around the capital are temporarily adorned with brilliant works of art.

This year's light festival is taking place at the same time as a major energy crisis in Europe, with skyrocketing electricity prices.

According to Nobel Week Light's website, LED technology is used, which means that the installations have an average power of 1 kW.

During the nine days of the festival, the total energy consumption is estimated at 4,100 kWh.
