“It is planned to discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, as well as exchange views on the most pressing aspects of the regional and international agenda, including the issues of normalizing Azerbaijani-Armenian relations,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
On November 26, Russian and Azerbaijani leaders Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev had a telephone conversation.
