The 54-year-old man is suspected of defrauding the municipality of Umeå of hundreds of thousands of kroner in support.

This after stating that he was both disabled and had no income.

At the same time, his own films show that he was able to walk freely when he vacationed abroad.

Now he is also sentenced for drug smuggling.

It was in November last year that the man arrived in Arlanda after a trip.

Customs found over 1,000 tablets

The customs staff carried out a check and found 1,091 narcotic-classified tablets in his luggage as well as a laser pointer.

The tablets had been placed in different cans than the original packaging, including vitamin cans.

The man has a prescription for the preparations in Sweden, but it is illegal to bring in such large quantities.

He denies that he did anything wrong, but is now sentenced to two months in prison.

The man was convicted in 2021 for unlawful invasion of privacy, exploitation of children for sexual posing and child pornography offences, as well as for attempted extortion and drug offences.
