The man was arrested on probable cause on suspicion of serious violence against an official and illegal threats.
It was on Thursday that two police officers were injured when they were assaulted by the man after they arrested him and placed him in the back seat of the police car.
The 40-year-old was later arrested on suspicion of murder by prosecutors.
At the detention hearing, the prosecutor had changed the criminal suspicion to aggravated violence against a civil servant.
One of the police officers was taken to hospital injured, but had to leave the hospital already on Friday.
