“On the fact of the publication of Ukrayinska Pravda about the deputy head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko, criminal proceedings have been opened,” the newspaper said, citing three law enforcement sources at once.

It is specified that the investigation is being conducted by the department of especially serious crimes of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Kyiv.

The case is being investigated on the fact of unauthorized copying of information from the Safe City video surveillance camera system.

The proceedings were registered under article 362 part 2 the day after publication.

It is also noted that this was preceded by the publication of an article stating that the deputy head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Kirill Tymoshenko, "moved for several months in a Porsche Taycan."

Earlier, Fox News host Tucker Carlson criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for constantly begging for money from Washington, calling him a "corrupt Ukrainian dictator."
