China News Service, December 3. According to Ukrainian media reports, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said on the 2nd local time that Ukrainian diplomats stationed in more than ten countries have received 18 threats in recent days.

He said that the Ukrainian foreign ministry had stepped up security and assured that the black hand behind the scenes would not succeed.

  According to the Ukrainian media Europravda, Kuleba made the decision after an emergency video conference with Ukrainian ambassadors.

  Kuleba cited recent examples of threats against Ukrainian institutions and diplomats abroad: an attempted terrorist attack on the Ukrainian embassy in Spain; threats received by Ukrainian diplomatic missions and a suspicious letter received by the embassy in the United States.

  "The terrorists don't just want to intimidate Ukrainian diplomats. They want to weaken, intimidate Ukraine and undermine the vital diplomatic work of providing weapons, energy equipment, and isolating Russia. They think they can scare and deter us or weaken international support for Ukraine." Leba wrote on his social media Facebook account.

  Kuleba assured that the Ukrainian foreign policy department has strengthened security and is cooperating with foreign law enforcement agencies and Ukrainian security agencies to find and punish criminals.

  "My answer to those who support this is simple: your efforts are in vain ... Terrorists will not succeed," he stressed.

  Earlier on the 2nd, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that after the mail bomb exploded at the Ukrainian embassy in Spain, bloody mail was sent to the embassies of Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Italy, Naples and Krakow.
