The agency clarified in Telegram that the searches were dictated by a preliminary investigation regarding the misuse of recreational land in one of the Kyiv parks, as well as abuse of power.
Investigators are currently checking officials for involvement in the case.
In addition, criminal proceedings have been initiated under the article on abuse of power.
On November 10, police, prosecutors and the SBU began searches in the building of the Oleksandr Dovzhenko Ukrainian National Center.
In August, the State Agency of Ukraine issued a decree on the reorganization of the Dovzhenko Center, which, according to representatives of the institution, means the liquidation of the national film archive.
