“In the Krasnolimansk direction, an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack in the directions of the settlements of Kolomyychikha and Zhitlovka was thwarted,” the statement says.
It is noted that the Russian Armed Forces destroyed more than 30 Ukrainian soldiers, two infantry fighting vehicles and three Kozak armored vehicles.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian military prevented an attempted attack by the Ukrainian military in the Kupyansk direction in the Kharkiv region.
