The cumulative number of buildings in the month is 45,771, an annual increase of 3.4%, and it is the only one among the "six capitals" to maintain positive growth.

Chen Dingzhong, senior manager of the Trend Center of Taiwan Housing Group, explained that the number of buildings sold and transferred in Wuri District, Taichung City reached 643 in November, a record high in a single month even in February. There are hundreds of households who have obtained licenses for construction projects.
