“Kyiv Satanists have reached the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

They are looking for connections with the Russian world. They are taking away church property.

Clerics and parishioners are beaten,” he wrote on Telegram.

Medvedev recalled that the persecution of the UOC began under President Petro Poroshenko, who "sacrificed the UOC and the Minsk agreements for the sake of his failed re-election."

He also stressed that the fundamental rights of Ukrainian citizens are "trampled", and believers, under the "fear of various abominations", are forced to attend the "correct" churches.

“Therefore, the current Ukrainian authorities have openly become enemies of Christ and the Orthodox faith.

This is how the entire Christian world should treat them,” the deputy chairman of the Security Council emphasized.

He urged the "Kyiv Christ-sellers" to remember the words of Scripture.

“And My eye will not spare you, and I will not have mercy.

I will repay you according to your ways, and your abominations will be with you;

and you will know that I am the Lord the punisher” (Ezek. 7:9),” he concluded.

As previously stated by the Ukrainian president, the Kyiv authorities will ban the activities of religious organizations, which, according to Kyiv, are affiliated with Russia.
