Putin and Lukashenko also discussed such issues of bilateral cooperation as import substitution, the implementation of allied programs and cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, the channel writes.
In addition, it is specified that they agreed to organize and hold a Congress of Young Scientists of Belarus and Russia within a year on the basis of the Academy of Sciences.
The two leaders reportedly agreed to meet in December.
