Marochko also noted that Russian military experts "are doing everything possible to ensure that the West and Ukrainian troops have as little intelligence as possible."
Earlier, Advisor to the Acting Head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Jan Gagin, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not protect manpower at all.
