He said: “In continuation of the approach we adopted, we issued early on the budget of the Union 2023-2026, and the budget focuses on ambitious plans and projects that look forward to new and promising future horizons, add to the achievements, and improve living standards and quality of life, and like previous sessions, the development and social benefits sector occupies the largest proportion. of the budget, and for the year 2023 it amounts to 39.3%.

And His Highness continued: “We are moving forward in empowering the sons and daughters of the Emirates with plans and projects that guarantee the sustainability, promotion and inclusiveness of empowerment. So we created a council to consolidate balanced development throughout our country, and to develop all regions and villages in terms of development and tourism, and we adopted a new policy for housing loans with a financing program amounting to 11.5 billion dirhams, benefiting 12 A thousand families for the next five years, and the private sector and national banks participate in it, and the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program bears the profits arising from the loans on behalf of the beneficiaries.

His Highness continued: “To enhance the presence of our national cadres in the private sector, we have established a system to achieve 2% localization in skilled jobs for private sector companies that include 50 employees or more.

The system includes mechanisms and incentives to support the recruitment and training of these cadres, compensation for unemployment, and penalties for companies that do not comply with the system.

We have also adopted legislation regarding work injuries, in order to preserve the rights of workers and protect them from injuries and diseases of various professions.

His Highness affirmed that “education will remain a national priority with the vision of the President of the State, and the efforts of a specialized government work team, an effective educational field, and a community and parents contributing to the upbringing of a generation that will take us to new horizons. His Highness added: “We launched the National Tourism Strategy 2031, which falls within the second fifty projects, with the aim of strengthening the unified national tourism identity and supporting the UAE tourism system.

Our country today is among the top 10 tourist destinations in the world, and our goal is to accelerate our competitiveness, looking forward to tourism contributing an amount of 450 billion dirhams to our gross domestic product for the year 2031.
