“Tonight, at a meeting on Russian responsibility for crimes, I will present the EU proposal to support the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, which is already working hard, as well as to support the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office in collecting evidence of these crimes, as well as to support the creation special tribunal dealing with war crimes in Ukraine," TASS quoted him as saying.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya expressed confidence that the European Commission's initiative to create a tribunal for Ukraine is an attempt to give legitimacy to the lawlessness carried out by Western countries against Russia.
