André Santini, the mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine) filed a complaint, Wednesday, November 23, for “slanderous denunciation” and “attempted extortion”;

reports France info.

It is for him a counter-attack because last July, two complaints were filed by former collaborators of the mayor for “sexual assault” and “sexual and moral harassment”.

The two men evoked touching, a system of influence and submission.

The elected official denies the alleged facts.

A third complaint

An investigation was opened but André Santini has still not been heard for these facts which would have occurred between 2020 and 2022. On November 21, a new complaint was filed, this time for "illegal taking of interest" and “obstruction of a reporting system”.

The latter concerns “functional protection”, legal support to which a civil servant can claim.

The mayor had him voted for him in the municipal council but would not have proposed him for his accusers.

The latter wish to challenge in criminal proceedings the protection he enjoys.
