On Wednesday, the police were present at Dragonskolan high school in Umeå. This after the suspected threat against students at the school. The police and school staff met students who feel worried and uncomfortable about the incident. - We will conduct our business as usual. Right now it is an unconfirmed rumor, nothing else. But we take it very seriously, says Pontus Clarin, area manager for the high school.
Dragonskolan has around 2,000 high school students and is one of Sweden's largest high schools.
During Tuesday, staff alerted the police about a suspected threat that was spread on social media.
A teenager was arrested and questioned on Tuesday.
The person was later released but is still a suspect.
The incident is classified as serious illegal threats and serious weapons offences.
