Mohammed bin Zayed discusses with Rashad Al-Alimi bilateral relations and the promotion of Yemen's unity and stability
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, discussed with the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council in the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them.
His Highness the President of the State, during the meeting that took place today at Al-Shati Palace, welcomed the President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, and briefed him on the latest developments in the Yemeni arena.
The two sides also discussed ways to support peace in Yemen, alleviate the suffering of its people, and achieve its aspirations for stability and construction.
For his part, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi congratulated His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of the fifty-first Union Day, wishing the UAE continued progress and prosperity, and expressed his thanks to His Highness for the kind reception, appreciating the great support provided by the UAE to Yemen and its people at various levels.
