Congolese Patriots Resistance / Strike Force (Pareco / FF) is a self-defense group whose stated objective is to fight terrorist groups, in particular the M23 and the ADF-MTN to defend Congolese territory, explains its initiator, Sendugu Museveni.

The latter is a former influential member of the M23 political bureau.

This dissent that has just emerged in Masisi, North Kivu, accuses the M23 of raping, killing and appropriating Congolese soil under the helpless eye of the international community.

In the communiqué

announcing the creation of Pareco/FF, this new movement claims to comply with article 63 of the Constitution of the DRC.

Provision which confers on every citizen the right and the duty to defend the country and its territorial integrity in the face of an external threat or aggression.

Appeal to other armed groups

He also appealed to all the self-defense forces of the Congolese communities to unite to "

put out of harm's way the enemy of peace in the DRC in

order to support the Congolese government in its fight for the eradication of all terrorist groups supported by Rwanda and Uganda

".
