After an alert launched by several neighbors, they found malnourished and thirsty cats on the spot, and even two corpses and fetuses.

The animals lived in unsanitary housing, in the midst of their excrement and in a pestilential smell.

“The neighbors had found dead cat fetuses on several occasions in the common areas and in front of the front door of” the apartment, specifies the association on its website.

The intervention took place last October, but was only revealed on Tuesday, when the occupant of the premises must appear in court.

The owner of the animals was gone

This woman, who allegedly abused her animals according to the neighborhood, had left the building ten days ago.

His two dogs were no longer there, unlike a dozen cats that were recovered by the association.

She filed a complaint.
